300 ml coconut milk
Zest one orange
20 ml maple syrup
20 ml orange juice
I'm in super in love with this creamy goodness over my breakfast granola.
Put coconut milk, orange zest, maple syrup, and orange juice into a medium pot and whisk together.
Place on a low heat and allow to come to the boil. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 2 mins or till it becomes aromatic (when the orange zest starts to smell)
Remove from the heat and transfer to a small bowl. Allow to cool.
Once it has cooled place in the fridge and allow to cool before serving.

This little combo can be made into a yoghurt if you want to add a probiotic and use your yoghurt maker. Just follow a basic yoghurt recipe. This will be your milk substitute.
