A day with the Drifter
I don't think the water could have been any more bluer. I rocked up to Byron three days before I was to jump on a plane to open St Balmain restaurant in Williamsburg, NYC.
Ming from The Drifter has one of the most beautiful smiles around town;. I'm truly am one blessed person/human to know this kind hearted woman.
Ming, like me, followed her passion. To be a full- time self- employed business woman. I must admit she really nailed the location. I don't think there is a more epic place to live in Australia than Byron Bay. It has such a beauty about it, that warms my heart every time I visit.
Even though on the day it was only approx. 1 foot in wave height, I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. It's always a little nerve recking having a camera in your face, but I've gotten used to it over the years. It's truly a gift to have images of yourself in the deep blue ocean. Ming, in my eyes, is one of the best female surf photographers I know. Make sure you follow her and support your fellow woman!
