1 litre kombucha (homemade or store bought)
1 orange, halved
Cut the top off the watermelon and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving a 5 cm thick shell. Pour the kombucha into the watermelon. Squeeze the orange juice into the mixture, then add the passionfruit.
Once I have drunk all the liquid, I smash the melon on the ground so it breaks into bits that I can eat. Make sure you go for a swim afterwards – it can get messy.
