Across two Australian cities and two evenings American Express shone a light on local artists and small businesses as part of their ‘Nourish Series’, an event designed to provide a platform for community engagement and celebration of local talent. The Wild Kitchen proudly catered the dinner, offering an incredible spread that demonstrated an artisanal approach to food. Among the culinary favourites served, the crowd's favourite was the succulent plums cooked in Amaretto, a dish that perfectly encapsulated the fusion of creativity and flavour.
