Byron Bay Dinner 2024


I recently went back to Australia, and while I was there I had an awesome time cooking over fire in Byron Bay. The event was a celebration for 130 people who own real estate businesses in Australia, and was held at Frida’s in the Byron hinterland. It was exciting to be back, cooking with Australian ironwood in a place that’s really meaningful to me. The highlight was the line-caught mahi mahi that we cooked between bamboo. It was so juicy from being smoked by the fire for three hours!
