Cherry Bombe Workshop

This summer, l headed out to Upstate New York to do some cooking with Kerry Diamond (creator of the Cherry Bombe podcast) and the Cherry Bombe squad. We taught a workshop in the Catskills, followed by dinner. It was held in an amazing bespoke lodge with beautiful little rooms, each individually styled to suite the surrounding area. I love the Catskills, they’re stunning, and it’s worth an adventure out there if you can. The event was teaching women how to grill, and we cooked up a fish with asparagus and lemon butter sauce. We also enjoyed a cheese plate made by Kerry Diamond, plus some other yummy appetizers, and cocktails that I designed (from my cookbook).
