Hot Chili & Roast Beef Pizza


I love taking dough with me when I go on adventures with my Gozney Roccbox. This is a quick and satisfying meal that’s perfect for pizza lovers who like a little heat. (And if you have a high spice tolerance, you can always go for a hotter chili sauce.) Pop it in the Gozney and it’ll be ready in no time!



Ingredients

½ lb ball of pizza dough

Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

⅓ cup chili sauce (mild hot sauce) 

2 lbs of roast beef, sliced

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cup shredded provolone cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Honey, for serving

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the Gozney oven to 450° F (230° C).

  2. On a lightly-floured surface, push the dough out until it's thin (about a 10-12 inch circle).

  3. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil, then sprinkle with dried oregano.  

  4. Spread the hot sauce over the dough. Arrange the roast beef on top.

  5. Add the mozzarella and provolone. 

  6. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

  7. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, slice and enjoy!
