Cobram Estate x Sarah Glover x Kevin O’Conner
In collaboration with Cobram Estate and chef Kevin O’Conner, The Wild Kitchen celebrated the first harvest of Cobram Estate’s extra virgin olive oil with an intimate, wild feast in an olive grove. A ticketed event for twenty lucky food enthusiasts, The Wild Kitchen served Rib Eye with an extraordinary (and much talked about) char-grilled miso corn. For chefs O’Conner and Glover, this event was part of a wider coastal camp crawl which saw both chefs (armed with a truck, a grill, and a quiver of surfboards) make their way from Malibu to Guerneville stopping along the way to surf, forage and cook wood fired pop up dinners.
