“A Taste of Luxury” at Deer Valley
Over the summer of 2024, Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah hosted a “Taste of Luxury” series in collaboration with Matilda Park City and myself. Guests arrived via chairlift to a mountaintop dinner featuring Matilda’s signature pizzas, made fresh in Gozney ovens. As the guest chef, I loved cooking over an open fire and sharing my Wild Kitchen techniques. The stunning views, farm tables, and drink pairings from Offset Brewery and High West Distillery made it an evening to remember. It was an absolute privilege to be part of such a magical experience at Deer Valley!
