Ecology Center Green Feast 2023
The Ecology Center is a 28-acre Regenerative Organic CertifiedTM farm and education centre that serves as a hub for southern California’s ecological movement. Since 2009, The Ecology Center has honoured their relationship with the land by hosting world- class dinners crafted in collaboration with chefs, farmers, purveyors, and community members. For the 2023 Annual Green Feast fundraiser, Sarah and The Wild Kitchen donated their time to produce an incredible line caught Yellowtail on log, served with Crème Fresh Tartar. Oh, what a night!
