Fire + Vine Dinner at the Virginian Lodge


Over the summer, Chef Juan and I brought our open-fire cooking magic to Jackson, Wyoming, at The Virginian Lodge. We hosted a memorable Fire + Vine Dinner in the scenic courtyard, where guests enjoyed a multi-course feast featuring whole roasted pigs and Dutch ovens filled with the season’s freshest produce. The evening was made even more special with the soulful sounds of local musician Joe Hunt setting the perfect mood. The highlight of the night? Palisades peaches, cooked over the fire to perfection. It was a night filled with delicious food, great wine, and even better company — a true celebration of summer in the Wyoming backcountry.
