Fire, Fish & Bamboo Workshop at the Ecology Center


Chef Juan Peralta Ramos and I taught our Fire, Fish, & Bamboo Workshop to a group of forty students at the Ecology Center in Southern California. It was a hot Californian day, but we had a great time cooking and enjoying the meal we made together. The highlight was making rice inside of bamboo, and seeing everyone coming together to learn new skills and feel empowered to try it themselves.
