Meatstock, Sydney 2023

Meatstock is Australia’s biggest BBQ festival, and when there’s meat, you know i’m there - hah! I hosted some demos with my good friends at Traeger Grills.

And boy it was fun, think juicy tasters, smokey smells and a good ol steak cookoff! I actually love educating people and showing them how they can have fun in the kitchen, so I fired up the grill and got to work smoking my premium meats from Bass Strait Beef and Wanderer Beef (recipes here) whilst meeting all the meat fans and other chefs; Diva Q, Matt Wilkinson and the team at Que Club.
