Penfolds at Westholme 2024
This collaboration between Penfolds, Westholme Wagyu, and myself was held at Westholme’s beautiful meat mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Previously the home of Hollywood actor Channing Tatum, it is now an event space. We presented a menu centered around cooking Westholme meats over live fire, and it was such fun to be able to cook Australian wagyu in Beverly Hills.
