Pizza, Fire & Gozney Workshop at the Ecology Center
Our recent Pizza, Fire, and Gozney Workshop in San Diego was a fire-filled day of cooking, community, and creativity! Set in the beautiful, open-air Ecology Center, we had the pleasure of guiding fifty guests through the art of open-fire cooking and making pizzas using the Gozney Arc Pizza Ovens. There’s something truly magical about preparing meals over live flames, and the energy of the space made it all the more special. Alongside the talented Pizza Chef Ines and Chef Juan from Argentina, we guided guests through a hands-on experience, from roasting and hanging whole chickens and veggies over open flames to stretching and baking pizzas in Gozney ovens. And for dessert? We baked pumpkin pies inside whole pumpkins! Check out our latest Youtube Episode to see more highlights from the day.
