Fish & Bamboo Workshop at Riverhawk Ranch


At the tail end of summer in Byron Bay, Tasmania, the bamboo is booming and the fish are jumping into the boat.  Together with Juan Peralta Ramos, we hosted a workshop on my good friend Kim Amo’s land, owner of the "Atlantic Byron Bay."  It was a celebration of all things that I love about Australia: nature, food, wine and good laughs. The students all cooked their own fish on bamboo, and we enjoyed a late lunch under the cool of the gum trees, appreciating the views and the breeze from the river.
