Sarah Glover Wild Adventure Cookbook Media Launch
Nestled in the breathtaking D'Entrecasteaux Channel, south of Tasmania, lies the unforgettable gem known as Satellite Island. With a history of collaboration spanning numerous years, the island team and Sarah found the perfect setting for a private dinner for media to celebrate the launch of Sarah’s Wild Adventure Cookbook. Sarah personally harvested a Fallow Deer from the island, then skilfully cooked the entire animal over glowing coals. Amidst the picturesque hills enveloped by yellow wattle, the group savoured a wild gastronomic extravaganza. This was a truly unforgettable day!
