HOW TO MAKE IT
Light your fire and let it burn down until you obtain a medium heat.
Pull the husks down the corn cobs but not all the way off – just so they sit at the bottom of the cob. Plait the husks and then tie a piece of string to the end of it.
Set up your tee pee or use a metal tripod. Hang the corn over the fire about 20 cm away from the flame or coals (ask a grown up to help with this if you can’t reach). Cook for 45 minutes or until charred and tender. Enjoy with a sprinkling of salt and lots of butter.
