The Range Byron Bay Lunch


Working from the picturesque location of The Range in Byron Bay, The Wild Kitchen catered a small and intimate wedding held exclusively for private guests where owners/founders of The Range Emma and Tom Lane, presided over the event. Tom, an open-fire cooking enthusiast, alongside Sarah Glover took pleasure in christening the fire pit with a culinary masterpiece: red snapper and octopus cooked in a fermented chili hot sauce.
