In partnership with Tourism Australia, The Wild Kitchen catered an event to commemorate the much-anticipated return of international flights to Australia. Chef Sarah Glover embarked on a journey to both New York City and Toronto as part of the collaboration, aiming to showcase the best of Australian cuisine to eager travellers. Among the crowd favourites was the mouth-watering Wasabi Butter Striploin Steak, which left a lasting impression and served as a fitting symbol of the exceptional flavours awaiting travelers upon their arrival in Australia.
