As a Traeger ambassador, I took my grill on the road to promote my new Open Skies Cookbook. This photoshoot highlights Traeger's breakfast grilling options, where we prepared a breakfast shakshuka with heirloom tomatoes, right on the grill.
Cooking tailgate-style out of the back of Chef Kevin O'Connor’s rustic truck, I enjoyed great company and beautiful views of the Californian coast. It was the perfect example of how easy and fun grilling with a Traeger can be, whether you’re at home or on the go.
