1 pineapple
1 watermelon
2 rockmelons
bunch of grapes
2 pears, cored and chopped
2 punnets of strawberries
yoghurt
sour cream
edible flower mix

HOW TO MAKE IT

This recipe is really about having fun with great ingredients.

  1. Cut the pineapple, watermelon and rockmelons in half. Scoop out the flesh and chop it up any way you like!

  2. Now it’s up to you - I’ve given some suggestions for the filling above, but use whatever YOU love. Fill the scooped-out pineapple and melon bowls with fruit, then mix together some yoghurt and sour cream and dollop over the top. Decorate with edible flowers and nuts if you like. Or don’t!
